Mark Anderson
President: call2all | Impact World Tour | YWAM Kansas City
Mark Anderson is the founder and president of call2all. He has served in Christian ministry since 1977 in a variety of capacities, including:
- Church planting and pastoring
- Conducting over 2,000 evangelistic campaigns on 5 continents.
- Serves as the president of the Global Pastor’s Network (GPN)
- Works with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) serving on the Global Leadership Forum (GLF)
Mark has been married to Karen since 1976, they have 6 children and 10 grand children.
Loren Cunningham
Founder • Youth with a Mission
Loren Cunningham is the Founder of Youth With A Mission.
YWAM encompasses evangelism, training and mercy ministries, and is manned by 15,000 staff from more than 130 nationalities. Loren is also Co-founder and President of the University of the Nations, YWAM’s global university which offers courses at 314 locations/campuses in more than 100 nations and in 51+ languages.
He has personally gone to every sovereign nation on earth, all dependent countries, and more than 150 territories and islands. This has given him valuable insights into global trends and uniquely prepares him to share God’s strategies for world evangelism.
Dave Gibson
US Director GO Movement
Dave Gibson has over 40 years of local, national, and international ministry leadership experience. He currently serves as the executive director for GO Movement USA and is also a member of the GO Decade global leadership team.
Dave is the senior director of missions and evangelism at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, where he has served for over 30 years. He has also served as the executive vice president of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is the executive director of Mission America. Dave is married to Wendy and they have five children.
David Hamilton
Vice President for Strategic Innovation for UofN · YWAM
David Joel Hamilton, the son of United Methodist missionaries in South America, has served God for more than 30 years in YWAM. He and his wife, Christine, pioneered the work of YWAM in Santiago, Chile, and the first School of Biblical Studies in South America. He currently serves as the Vice President for Strategic Innovation for the University of the Nations, is on the International Leadership Team of the UofN and the Global Leadership Team of YWAM. David and Christine have four children: Jonathan, Timothy, Sarah and Matthew, all of whom are serving as missionaries in YWAM.
Murray Hiebert
Director of OneEleven Global
Murray Hiebert is the Director of OneEleven Global, a missions organization that exists to advance the gospel through worship and prayer. Murray has experienced life as a missionary and worship leader for nearly 30 years, and loves to see the church move into her identity as a House of Prayer for all Nations! Murray and his wife Deborah live in Kansas City with their four children.
Bekele Shanko
Global Vice President of Global Church Movements (GCM)
Bekele Shanko, Global Vice President of Global Church Movements (GCM), was born and raised in Ethiopia. Before joining Campus Crusade for Christ, He worked for five years as a head of information management for the National HIV/AIDS Control Program in Ethiopia. Bekele holds a B.S. degree in Statistics and Mathematics from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia, M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and a doctorate in Global Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.
He joined full-time missionary work with Campus Crusade for Christ International in Ethiopia in 1993. Since then, he has held diverse leadership roles for the organization including national director for Ethiopia for five years, regional director for Southern and Eastern Africa for 11 years, and global vice president since 2010.
Bekele and his wife Shewa and their four children, Nathan, Elim, Philip, and Nesiel, live in Orlando, FL.

Bishop Dan Balais
Bishop Dan Balais is the Senior Pastor/President of Christ the Living Stone Fellowship. He is also the Chairman of the Intercessors for the Philippines Inc. Previously Bishop Dan Balais was the National Director & General Secretary Philippine for Jesus Movement (PJM). He is married to Susan Camposano and has two children named Lemuel and Noah.

Victoria Esperanza Z. Cartera
Victoria Esperanza Z. Cartera is the General Secretary of the Philippines Bible Society and has been managing the Bible Society Work in Micronesia since 2017. She is currently serving in the Boards of Executive Communities: PCEC, Resources for the Blind, Translators Association of the Philippines, and One Hope Philippines. She is happily married to Pastor Carmelo Mel Cartera.

Bishop Noel Pantoja
Bishop Noel Pantoja is the National Director of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC), the umbrella organization of 81 evangelical denominations, more than 50,000 evangelical local churches, and 280 missions and para church organizations in the Philippines.
He is concurrently serving as the President of Philippine Relief and Development Services (Philrads), the Relief and Development arm of PCEC.
Prior to this, he served as Pastor for 30 years, Church Planter and Multicultural Church Planting Coordinator in the Philippines. Bishop Noel is married to Jennifer Pantoja, blessed with three children – Mark, Liza Karael and Zacharee and 8 grandchildren.

Pastor Romeo R. Dela Merced
Pastor Romeo R. Dela Merced is the Founder and President of The National Council of Gospel First Mission Philippines inc. Prior to founding Gospel First he served as the National Director of The Bible League Philippines from 2014 through 2019. Pastor Romeo also in the early years of his ministry was the National President of Kristianong Kabataan para sa Bayan from 1992 to 1997. During that time he also served as the special Assistant Pastor to Bro Eddie Villanueva (JIL Founder) from 1994 to 1997.
He is married to Dr. Lorili Evangelista Dela Merced and has one daughter named Elizabeth.
Christian Community
Bishop Efraim Tendero
Bishop Efraim Tendero, widely known as Bishop Ef, was appointed Secretary General and CEO of the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) on March 1, 2015 and now presently serves as the Global Ambassador of The World Evangelical Alliance. He has previously served as National Director of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC) for more than 20 years. PCEC is WEA’s national Alliance member that represents some 50,000 evangelical churches in the Philippines.
He received two honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees from Asian Theological Seminary and Febias College of Bible, and a Doctor of Leadership degree from International Graduate School of Leadership. Bishop Ef and his wife Sierry are blessed with four children, namely: Elizabeth Esther, Efraim Elijah, Ezra Emmanuel, and Elah Eunice, and a grandson named Datu and granddaughter named Tala.

Samuel Sumaoang
Samuel Sumaoang is the incumbent National Head of Christian Educators’ Network, the arm of the Philippines Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC) in Education. He has been a motivational/inspirational speaker and a resource speaker for different areas related to Parenting, Leadership, Values Education, Christian Education, Science Education, Teacher Education, and Spiritual Intelligence in different institutions in the Philippines. He is happily married to Lyn Sebastian-Sumaoang and has two daughters, Abigail Nathalie and Amarah Nicole.
Youth
Pastor Marty Ocaya
Pastor Marty Ocaya took up Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. He got his masters degree in masters of divinity from the International Graduate School of Leadership. He spoke in various conferences both international and local. Pastom Marty Ocaya is the Youth Pastor of ELEVATE, the youth ministry of Christ’s Commission Fellowship. He is passionate about discipleship, the youth, speaking on relevant issues and learning from others. He is married to Astrid, who is serving alongside him in the Campus Ministry. They have four kids, Noah, Anaya, Jayden and Samuel.

The All Philippines Online summit is designed to share the introduction of the basic framework of the Great Commission to facilitate the actual physical congress to the body of Christ.
Where will the All Philippines Online Summit take place?
The All Philippines Online Summit will take place on Zoom Webinar along with interactive breakout groups using Zoom Meetings.
When does the All Philippines Online Summit begin and end?
The All Philippines Online Summit will be held over 2 Saturdays, September 11th and 18th, from 9am to around 12noon Philippines Time.
