		Mark Anderson Call2all • YWAM Campaigns Mark began his ministry in 1977 in the U.S.A., conducting and organizing evangelistic campaigns across the nation. The ministry expanded internationally into church planting and medical missions projects. In 1993 a new campaigns style ministry was launched to reach the cities of the world. Today the Impact World Tour conducts city-wide campaigns in over 100 cities globally each year. He continues to oversee this YWAM ministry. Mark serves as President of Call2All and the Global Pastors Network.Mark and his wife Karen, and 4 of their 6 children currently live near Kansas City, Missouri where the international headquarters of Call2All and YWAM Campaigns is located. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Mark comenzó su ministerio en 1977 en Los Estados Unidos, realizando y organizando campañas alrededor del país. El ministerio se expandió internacionalmente en 1979 hasta Europa, Asia y Africa. Después de dirigir el Ministerio de Nicky Cruz en 1991, Mark fundó la Iglesia en Acción Internacional, y comenzó un ministerio de plantar iglesias. Hoy, el Tour de Impacto Mundial (IWT) realiza camapañas a nivel de ciudad en más de 100 ciudades alrededor del globo, todos los años. Estas campañas tienen como resultado que decenas de miles de personas vengan a Cristo y sirven como catalizador para el movimiento de plantar Iglesias. Además de su role como Director Internacional de Las Campañas de Jucum, Mark también sirve en la Junta Directiva de varios minsterios internacionales. 		Luke Michels Global Short Films Growing up in a missionary family gave Luke the chance to travel throughout the world and experience many cultures. He quickly learned the value of ‘story’ in life and how it transforms conversation into a deep and powerful interaction. After graduating from Michigan State University, he went on to work in the business setting. Yet, when his excitement for stories collided with film, Luke left the corporate world, returned to the mission field and the result has become a tangible and effective approach to relating the story of Jesus to every person. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Creciendo en una familia misionera, Lucas tuvo la oportunidad de viajar alrededor del mundo y pudo experimentar muchas culturas. De repente, el aprendió el valor de la "Historia" en la vida y como puede transformar la conversación profunda a una interacción poderosa. Después de graduarse de la universidad de Michigan State el empezó a trabajar en el área de negocios, Sin embargo, cuando su entusiasmo por la "Historia" choco con la película, Lucas abandono el mundo corporativo regresando a las misiones, el resultado a sido un enfoque efectivo y tangible para relacionar la historia de Jesús con cada persona.

		Karl Bandlien Global Compassion Network Healthcare Christian Fellowship Dr. Karl Bandlien serves as the President of Healthcare Christian Fellowship in Michigan, USA, and is a Member of the International Executive Board of Healthcare Christian Fellowship International (HCFI) based in South Africa. HCFI joins together Christian Healthcare Professionals, Chaplains, Clergy, Lay Ministers and Volunteers from every creed, every color, every denomination and every nation for the purpose of extending the Love of Christ to everyone who is hurting and bringing the “Word of Life” to Places of Suffering around the world!! Dr. Bandlien was born in Norway and was raised in a Christian home. As a 7-year-old boy he gained the understanding that he was called to serve God as a physician. After completion of his basic medical training in Europe, he continued his surgical specialty training in the United States. During his many years of service Dr. Bandlien also served as Commander for one of the first National Disaster Teams to be established in the US as part of the National Disaster Medical Service (NDMS). Subsequently he has been extensively involved with Christian Medical Missions and Relief Operations worldwide. Dr. Bandlien was recently asked to lead the Task Force for the launching of a “ Global Compassion Network” within the framework of “call2all”. He currently serves as Chief of Staff and Chairman of Department of Surgery at Detroit Hope Hospital, a faith based hospital ministering to the needs of the Inner City Poor. Dr. Bandlien resides in Michigan, USA, where he lives with his wife Linda from St. Paul, Minnesota. They have been blessed with three children; Liv, Amy and Karl Oskar. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Dr. Karl Bandlien es el Presidente de la Confraternidad Cristiana del Cuidado de la Salud, en Michigan, USA. Es también miembro de la Junta Directiva Internacional de la Confraternidad Cristiana del Cuidado de la Salud (HCFI) con sede en Sudafrica. HCFI reune a profesionales Cristianos de la salud, Capellanes, Clérigos, Ministros Laicos, y voluntarios de todo credo, raza, denominación, y de toda nación con el propósito de extender el amor de Cristo y traer la “Palabra de Vida” a los que sufren a los que sufren, en todas partes del mundo!! El Dr. Bandlien nació en Noruega y creció en un hogar Cristiano. A la edad de 7 años ya entendía que tenía un llamado para servir a Dios, como médico. Al terminar sus estudios básicos de Medicina en Europa, continuó su especialización como Cirujano en Los Estados Unidos. Durante sus muchos años de servicio, el Dr.Bandlien también tuvo el cargo de Comandante para uno de los primeros Equipos de Auxilio para Desastres Nacionales que se establecieron en los Estados Unidos, como parte de Servicios Médicos para Desastres Nacionales (NDMS). Como consecuencia, ha estado extensamente involucrado con Misiones Médicas Cristianas y Operaciones de Ayuda a nivel mundial. Recientemente se le solicitó al Dr. Bandlien liderar la Comisión de Trabajo para el lanzamiento de una “Red Global de Compasión” dentro del contexto de “call2all”. Actualmente sirve en calidad de Jefe de Personal y Presidente del Departamento de Cirugía en el Hospital de Esperanza de Detroit, un hospital de fe que ministra a las necesidades de los pobres en la zona urbana. El Dr. Bandlien reside en Michigan, Estados Unidos de Norte América, donde vive con su esposa Linda de Saint Paul, Minnesota. Han sido bendecidos con tres hijos, Liv, Amy y Karl Oskar.

		Steve Goode Youth with a Mission Steve graduated from the University of Memphis in August 1973 in Radio, TV and Film with a minor in Journalism. He and his wife Marie left for Europe and joined Ecole La Foret training school in Lausanne, Switzerland in January 1974 and for the internship served the historic Lausanne Congress sponsored by the Billy Graham Association. They continued serving in YWAM Lausanne till 1980 founding ProclaMedia and providing leadership for English speaking schools. The Goodes moved to Thailand in 1980 when Khmer refugees flooded the Thai/ Cambodian border from the genocide of Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge. Steve directed YWAMs work for 15 years, along with 700 staff and 5,000 refugee staff, amongst the more than one million refugees from Indo-China. YWAM worked in partnership with UNHCR, UNBRO, the Royal Thai Government and 30 other NGO’s in response to this international, humanitarian crisis. 		Johan and Jeannette Lukasse Currently serving as directors of the YWAM base in Belo Horizonte, Johan and Jeannette have led many different projects, reaching out to street boys and girls, children with HIV/AIDS, marginalized children and broken families in the slums, deaf children, medical ministry. They have been involved in training people in local DTS’s, Children at Risk Schools, HIV/AIDS, and training the area of urban transformation in various countries around the world, including on the continent of Africa dn in India. On a local level they are involved in training people from other organizations and local churches. Johan served for 4 years on the local child protection council and they also oversee the Children at Risk programs in other cities in Brazil. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Actualmente sirven como directores de la base de YWAM en Belo Horizonte. Johan and Jeannette han dirigido diferentes proyectos, alcanzando a niños de las calles, niños con HIV/SIDA, niños marginados y de familias desintegradas, niños que viven en los arrabales, niños sordos, ministerio médico. Han hecho capacitación en las Escuelas de Discipulado locales, Escuelas de niños con riesgo de HIV/SIDA, y capacitación en el área de transformación urbana en varios países alrededor del mundo, incluyendo el continente de Africa y varias ciudades en India. A nivel local ayudan en la capacitación de gente de otras organizaciones e iglesias locales. Johan sirvió durante 4 años en el Consejo de Protección de la Infancia y él y Janettte supervisan los Programas de niños con riesgo, en otras ciudades de Brasil.

		Hector Tamez II International Leadership Advancement Ministries International Orality Network, Latin America Hector Tamez II is the founder and President of International Leadership Advancement Ministries (ILAM), a ministry that seeks to radically transform how traditional oral cultures are evangelized and discipled. He was ordained as a minister of the Gospel in 1988 and has served in full time ministry with various international organizations since. Because of his digital media production background and experience, in 1996, Hector focused his ministry efforts on the production of media resources for International ministries such as The Jesus Film Project, Purpose Driven, ALPHA, ION, FTT and many others in 19 languages. In the year 2000, Hector began to target traditional oral preference learners who make up nearly 70% of the world’s population. Hector has been serving in ministry for over 20 years and has a passionate heart for seeing spiritual movements started in all remaining UUPG's. Through digital media resources, Hector and his team seek to mobilize the church to reach UUPG's with the gospel and see those reached, equipped for effective ministry in their own language and culture. Hector, Rebeca and their three daughters Yonane, Athalie and Azrielle currently reside in Puebla, Mexico. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Ministerios de Avances para Liderazgo Internacional Red Internacional de Oralidad, Latinoamerica Héctor Tamez II es el fundador y Presidente de Ministerios de Avances para Liderazgo Internacional (ILAM). Ministerio que busca transformar radicalmente la forma en que las culturas de comunicación hablada sean evangelizadas y discipuladas. Fue ordenado como ministro del Evangelio en 1988 y desde entonces ha servido en ministerio a tiempo completo con varias organizaciones internacionales. Por su trasfondo y experiencia en producciones de medios digitales, en 1996 Héctor enfocó los esfuerzos de su ministerio en la producción de recursos para medios para ministerios internacionales, tales como el Proyecto del Film de Jesús, con Impulsado con Propósito, ALPHA, ION, FTT y muchos otros, en 19 idiomas. En el año 2000, Héctor comenzó a hacer su punto de enfoque a personas que tradicionalmente prefieren hacer su aprendizaje en forma hablada, los cuales componen cerca de un 70% de la población mundial. Héctor ha estado sirviendo en el ministerio alrededor de 20 años y tiene pasión en su corazón por ver comenzar movimientos espirituales en todos los Grupos no alcanzados que quedan. 		Pastor John Robert Romick Pastor John and his wife Alba have been full-time missionaries in Latin America for more tan 27 years. John Robert Romick is the Pastor of the church Iglesia Cristiana de Colombia. He is also Director of Rhema/CEBCO Colombia, a Bible training center,an interdenominational school which gives purely Bible based training. At present it has over 3,000 students, registered in 20 branches troughout Colombia. It also has two international branches in Costa Rica and Argentina. He is also President of Association of Ministries, IGLECAM, and of Editorial of Books PCI Limited. The visión of Misión Colombia is to impact and transform people throughout Latin America with the glorious Gospel of the Lord Jesus. 		Hector Pardo Héctor J. Pardo V, Th.D., is the founder and Senior Pastor of the Tabernacle of Faith Charismatic Church. He is also President of the Colombia Board of Directors of the Bible Society International, Founder and President of Life Ministry 2.000, and President of YOUTH’S FUTURE. Since converting from the life of a guerrilla to following Jesus Christ in 1960, he has been ministering in his native country of Colombia, establishing and supporting churches. He has worked as an overseer in peace talks between armed groups, and partnered with evangelistic ministries to spread the gospel throughout Colombia. He has been married for 49 years to Mercedes Casanova. They have four children and six grandchildren. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Héctor J. 		Rick Dunn Associate Director, Finishing the Task Pastor Rick Dunn is the founder of “Global Frontiers Project”. Rick began this organization to fulfill his passion to see all nations be given the opportunity to know the name of Jesus Christ. He has two decades of leadership experience in church and Para-Church ministries; focusing on discipling, training and deploying leaders to fulfill their calling and advance the Great Commission around the world. Pastor Dunn is also the Associate Director of “Finishing the Task”. This movement seeks to enlist churches to take the responsibility for Unengaged, Unreached People Groups throughout the world. Rick and his wife Mary-Beth reside in Laguna Niguel, California. They have three sons; Tucker, Ty and Trey.

		Mark Williams Executive Vice President, Dynamic Church Planting International Mark was the founding pastor for two church plants and has been the mother or partner church pastor for five other church plants.
