Exhibitor Information For International Call2All Congress, Hong Kong, June 1-4th, 2009.
Our Congress venue offers plenty of space for our partners, ministries, churches and other related organizations to exhibit alongside the Congress. Details of the options available and how to reserve space are below.
Mission
The mandate of Call2All is to network, train and focus so that we can finish the Great Commission together. All exhibits must support this mission.
Priority will be given to exhibits that reflect the themes of each call2all Congress – Evangelism, Prayer, Unengaged Unreached People Groups, Church Presence, Orality, Compassion and Mapping the Great Commission.
To Reserve Exhibit Space
Complete and return the application form by email to Roland Moody at rolandm@call2all.org. (You can download the application form to the right.)
Upon approval you will then be asked to submit your deposit online. You can pay your deposit and balance online here (even if you send a check you will need to fill out this online form): call2all.org/hkexhibitpayment
The remainder of the fees is due within 10 days of the signing of the agreement or May 1, 09 whichever comes first.

Eligibility
Call2all reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibit for inclusion in the Congress, either before or after the proper execution of the agreement.
Physical Features Description
Exhibits will be located just inside the main entry of the venue. Each Exhibit area is approximately 6’x10’. Space is limited at this event to 45 exhibits.
Rental Fees
- Small 1 table & 2 back panels ...... USD $645
- Medium 2 tables & 4 back panels USD $1200
- Large 4 tables & 8 back panels .... USD $2300
(Small Church non-selling .............. USD $500)
Call2all will provide 8 ft skirted table (black), one waste basket, power strip and up to 2 chairs upon request in the rental fee.
Registration Badges
Exhibitor badges will be provided for up to two exhibitor’s personnel. Badges allow entrance to set up, staff and tear down the exhibit and all Congress sessions.
Advance Shipment of Materials
If materials are being sent in advance, please arrange for your goods to arrive no earlier than May 25, 2009. Send Materials to:

Exhibit hours: Monday 6:00 -10:00 pm, Tuesday, June 2, 2009 9:00 am through Thursday, June 4, 2009 10:00 pm
Move out: Thursday, June 4th, 10:00pm
Exhibitor Registration Desk
Upon arrival for set up on June 1, proceed to the Registration table to pick up your credentials before unloading or setting up your exhibit.
Security
Insurance and liability are the full and sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Call2all will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any materials or merchandise and urges the exhibitors to exercise normal precautions to discourage loss or damage to theft or any other cause.
No Flammable Material
You may use any type of display materials you wish as long as they are fireproof and safe.
Sales
Each Exhibitor is responsible for all sales use tax filings and compliance.
