About Call2All
Q: What is the vision of Call2All? A: In a nutshell: To network, train and focus the Body of Christ across the world to see the Great Commission completed in our life-time. For more information click here.
Q: Is Call2All a non-profit organization? A: Yes, Call2All is a registered non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. We operate largely on a volunteer work-force and keep overheads as low as possible.
Giving
Q: My credit card statement shows a charge for "Global Network" not Call2All - why is this? A: All credit card charges from Call2All will show as Global Network, our operating name.
Q: How can I support Call2All financially? A: You can give to Call2All as a one-off gift or as a regular monthly/quarterly or annual partner, via credit card, check or cash. Click here for more information on donating to Call2All - our online system makes it easy.
Q: Is my donation tax deductible? A: Yes it is. You will be sent an annual gift receipt notice that can be used for income tax purposes if you live in the USA.
Q: I need to stop my donation to CallAll, how can I do this? A: If you set up your donations online at call2all.org, go to My Area on call2all.org to cancel your donation. For all other methods of donation please email donorservices@call2all.org to stop your donation.
Congresses
Q: I'm trying to register for a Congress, do I have to create an account to do this? A: No you do not need to create a call2all.org website account to register for a Congress, however it is helpful to do so as the system stores your information making it easy for you to register for multiple events, update your contact information and receive regular updates from Call2All.
Q: Are scholarships available to attend Congresses?
A: If scholarships are available for particular Congresses this will be publicized on the information page for that Congress. The criteria and scholarship application process will also be published there. If no information is given regarding scholarships that is because we are unable to offer scholarships at that Congress.
Q: What does my Congress fee cover?
A: Your Congress fee covers all Congress sessions, both plenary and workshops/break-outs. It includes your delegate information pack. Unless otherwise stated it does not include accommodation or meals.
Q: Can I get a refund on my Congress registration fee if I can no longer attend?
A: Congress registration fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Due to the costs involved in running Congresses we are unable to refund registration fees. Registration fees may be transferable if you would like to nominate someone else to take your place (email us at registration@call2all.org). If you feel your circumstances for non-attendance are exceptional (illness etc.) please write to us at registration@call2all.org
Q: Can Call2All help with visas to attend international Congresses?
A: If required, Call2All will issue an invitation letter to attend a Congress. We cannot however provide any other documentation for the visa application process. If you wish to avoid applying for a visa, please keep checking call2all.org for information on upcoming events in your region.
Q: Is exhibition space available at Congresses?
A: This is dependent on Congress location and is usually available. Please check specific Congress page for information and application pack.
Q: Can I volunteer to help at a Congress?
A: Yes you can volunteer to help at a Congress. Call2All cannot cover your expenses. To volunteer please email us at info@call2all.org, stating which Congress you would like to volunteer at. If appropriate we will then send you a volunteer application form.
Q: How can I find out when/where upcoming Congresses are?
A: Check out our events calendar here, and subscribe to Call2All email updates here.
Mail/Email
Q: How do I subscribe to Call2All updates? A: Call2All sends out regular updates and news of upcoming events, to receive these you can become a site member of call2all.org (click here) or submit your information here.
Q: I have a new email address - how do I make sure I continue to receive Call2All updates?
A: If you have an account on the Call2All website, simply go to My Area and update your information under My Profile, My Details.
Q: I would like to be removed from your mailing list, how can I do this?
A: There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails we send out, click this to be unsubscribed automatically. You can also email us at info@call2all.org to request removal from all mailing lists.
General
Q: How can I be involved in Call2All? A: Check out our "Get Involved" section on the website - you can work with Call2All as an intern or participate in our training schools, attend Congresses, host a Call2All Rally at your church, partner with us, give and pray.
Q: How can I get in touch with a Call2All staff member? A: If you want to get in touch with a specific staff member please email us at info@call2all.org and we will pass your email on.
Q: Can Call2All come to my church? A: If you are based in the US, Call2All may be able to hold a Call2All Rally at your church, click here for more information.
Q: I can't remember my Call2All password, how can I get another one? A: If you became a member of the Call2All site at some point, perhaps when registering for an event, the system will have sent you a password and login ID. If you have forgotten these, go to the homepage, click login and in the pop-up click the link 'Forgotten Password.'
Q: Problem with a credit card transaction
A: If you had a problem, e.g. were not charged or were double charged, please email us at info@call2all.org. Please note that all Call2All charges will show on your credit card statement as charges from 'Global Network'.
