Friday March 12, 2010 | Crowd/Presence Of God Grows

Day 2 of Call2all America Congress started out with packed round tables, a luncheon and workshops. There was still an excitement left over from the first evening.

Many new people arrived and joined the hundreds that were already registered. Some came as far away as the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent.

A wide range of subjects was covered during the day, including unreached peoples, orality, the role of business and missions, compassion and justice, as well as a strategy luncheon on how to turn around America.

One delegate working in a restricted nation said, "This is exactly what I needed, it's changed my life!"

Another said, "I'm rethinking everything about how I do church". I need to return to New Testament models.

The evening began with a series of deeply moving videos. The most dramatic was live testimonies of people discovering Jesus in the Arab world.

mailMatt Gillman and his band took the attendees deep into the presence of God which led to a whole series of supernatural encounters.

People were freed from bondages of their past, healed from abuse, and newly filled with God's Spirit.

Mark Anderson did short teachings about true salvation and how awakening can come to America.

The evening was capped off with leaders filling the altars with a new surrender of their lives to Christ. Discovering again true Lordship.

People left declaring, "they were going to find others to join the Friday night meeting". They didn't want their friends or relatives to miss out. Parents said, "They were going to bring their children Friday night and Saturday to be part of the children's equipping track". The 5-14 year olds were having their own encounter with God.

Friday night begins at 7 pm and his open to the public without cost. The Congress closing session is Saturday morning from 10 am-12 with times of worship with Matt Gillman.

Everyone leaving Thursday night has a since that the presence of God is building in these meetings.
