Day two of Call2All Next Generation opened with a call to the warriors. Cindy Ruakere and her band led worship intercession crying out for the warriors to be raised up again in New Zealand and the nations. The room was filled with the sound of marching as the generations stamped their feet on the ground, arms raised, abandoned worship.
‘We are on the edge of a catastrophic season, and I believe a huge number of people are going to come into the kingdom, a billion coming to Christ. That would double the church on the earth,’ said Mark Anderson.
He recounted the story of a mission he took in India in 1983, God moved powerfully, and there were over 96,000 decisions for Christ. The team were then faced with the problem of knowing how to disciple so many people. God showed Mark the key was that every Christian home was a neighbourhood centre for discipling.
Whether we stay at home, or go to another country with the Gospel, we can disciple in our homes.
Mark emphasised the need to get ready and prepare for the harvest of souls God is going to bring in our time.
The afternoon was spent getting equipped in different seminars tracks: Telling God’s Story (orality), Church Presence – unengaged people groups, Compassion, Media and Evangelism and Business.
Daniel Lehmann and Sean Feucht led the evening open air worship. Many came forward to make powerful decisions for Christ, exchanging their lives for His. Dwayne Roberts from International House of Prayer Kansas City (IHOPKC) preached about walking in the power and authority that comes from giving yourself to a life of prayer.
He spoke of a massive wave into missions - over 200,000 missionaries thrust into the earth, waking up at 6am to spend time in prayer, their voices thundering in the throne room, and the nations are transformed. ‘A life of prayer is the only way to go forward,’ Dwayne said as he led worship and intercession for the nations, including Haiti, Uganda and the Philippines.
John Dawson encouraged everyone to stand once again on the giant map of the world, laid out on the field where they began to pray for each other.
There is an open heaven, a grace to hear God’s voice at Call2All Next Generation. God is on the move.
