Checking In To Your Accommodation

If you have reserved a room and received confirmation please go directly to your hotel to check in.

If you wish to extend your stay or make adjustments to your existing room reservation, first go to the NHE Travel Desk. Details below.

If you do not currently hold a reservation, please go to the NHE Travel booking desk to request a room at the special rate. Please note these rooms are still on a first come first serve basis.

1. Does the Call2All Congress registration fee include accommodation?

No, but excellent discount rates have been negotiated at hotels right by the venue. Click here for more details.

2. Does the accommodation include food?

Food is not included in the accommodation or registration prices. The hotels will provide meal options, but at an additional cost.

3. What are my meal options during the Congress?

There are a couple of restaurants that will be open at the Asia World venue during the Congress period. Plus there are many food outlets in the Airport Terminal 2 which is not far from the Congress venue. You can also purchase buffet style breakfasts at either of the hotels for an additional special discount price if booked at time of room booking.
Marriott: Special Rate Buffet breakfast HKD120 / per meal (instead of usual hotel price of HKD198 +10%). Must be pre-booked at time of room booking.
Regal: Special Rate Buffet breakfast HKD130 / per meal (instead of usual hotel price of HKD198 +10%). Must be pre-booked at time of room booking.

4. What transport options (incl. costs) are available between the airport and my accommodation, and between my accommodation and the Congress venue?

a) Skycity Marriott
Airport to Hotel - There are complimentary limo service provides by the hotel from the airport to Skycity Marriott. But they are in limited service only. If you do not prefer to wait long you can take the airport express link from Terminal arrival hall to direction of AWE (Asia World Expo) cost HK$5 and walk from the station to the hotel

Hotel to Congress Venue - Skycity Marriott locate right next to AWE and have a foot bridge connect to it.

b) Regal Airport
Airport to Hotel - There is a full air conditioned walkway connects the hotel and airport terminal. takes about 5-10 mins.

Hotel to Congress Venue - You can walk through Terminal 1 and 2 to venue which takes about 15-20 mins or take a bus S1 (bus stop opposite to hotel coach entrance on ground level) cost HK$3.5 and takes about 3 mins or walk back to Terminal 1, from arrival hall take the Airport Express Link to direction of AWE cost about HK$5

c) Lingnan University Dormitories
Airport to Dormitories - airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged upon request.

Dormitories to Congress Venue - Daily shuttle buses (one round trip) will be available at a cost throughout the Congress period from June 1 to 4. Journey each way takes about 60 minutes, so allow 2 hours per day for travel. One round trip (to/from dormitory to venue) costs at approx. HKD$55 (USD$7) per person / per day.

d) Mexan Harbour Hotel
Airport to hotel: a) Take airport express link from airport to Tsing Yi Station cost HKD60 (USD8) then take hotel shuttle bus (15mins) to hotel, or by taxi cost around HKD30 (USD4)
b) Take taxi direct from airport to hotel cost HKD170 (USD22)

Hotel to congress venue (outside of June 1-4 when a complementary shuttle will be available) : a) Take hotel shuttle bus (15mins) to Tsing Yi Station, or by Taxi cost around HKD30 (USD4) And then take airport express link from Tsinng Yi Station to Asia World Expo cost HKD60 (USD8)
b) Take taxi direct from hotel to congress venue cost HKD180 (USD24)
3) During Congress days 1 Jun to 4 Jun, there will be a complementary shuttle service from hotel to congress venue and on evening from venue back to hotel.

5. What kind of confirmation from Call2All do I need to qualify to book accommodation?

You need to have a confirmed registration from Call2All (you will receive a confirmation email from the Call2All Events Team). If you have this you can then proceed to book accommodation with NHE travel at the discounted rates.

6. What is the cancellation policy on accommodation?

Once you send out your request and received the NHE confirmation email hotel rooms are secured and confirmed. They are non-refundable and you cannot cancel the booking once made.

7. What is the payment policy on accommodation – can I pay when I arrive?

A credit card is the preferred method of payment, with full payment being taken upon reservation.
You can however pay on your arrival if you need to, but only in cash and in Hong Kong Dollars.

8. I don’t have a credit card – how can I pay for the accommodation?

You can pay on your arrival but only in cash and in Hong Kong Dollars.

9. Can I stay before or after the event and still get the discount rate?

a) Skycity Marriott Hotel - they will honor the special Congress rate on THREE (3) days before and after the event date.

b) Regal Airport Hotel - they will honor the special Congress rate on TWO (2) days before and after the event date

10. Double-occupancy: how can I make sure I share with someone I know or nominate?

There will be an option for you to fill in your roommate name if you choose double room. We will pair you both up in the same room. Just be sure that your roommate will do the same and fill in your name in her/his booking.
Also both of you need to check in / out on the same date, otherwise one of you will be liable for the extra half of the room cost if you have some dates that do not overlap.

11. What information do I need to give the hotel when I arrive to show my reservation?

If you make your reservation online, you will receive an "on request" email and later a "confirmation" email with a booking reference number from NHE Travel. Just provide your passport and this booking reference number upon arrival.

12. As a married couple, how should I use the hotel booking form?

Please make sure to choose the ‘single room’ option, then the married couple option, which will allow you to enter your spouse’s name. You only need to fill out one booking form for hotel accommodation as a married couple.

13. What currency will my credit card be charged in?

By law in Hong Kong the vendor in Hong Kong can only charge you in Hong Kong dollars.

The exchange rate is approx. US$1 = HK$7.75

The final amount to be debited from your account will depend on your bank/credit card company exchange rate.

14. There are many personal details I have to fill in. Will it be safe and secure?

All data will be encrypted before sending to NHE Travel. All details NHE hold will be destroyed after the event is over.

15. I cannot decide now, could I make the reservation later or after I arrived Hong Kong?

The Congress hotel rates are very attractive and on limited first come, first served basis.

16. How do I know that my room reservation is confirmed?

When you have finished your online booking, you will receive an "On request" email (make sure to fill in your email address correctly.) It means your booking is being processed. Once it is confirmed, you will receive another "confirmation" email from NHE Travel. (Normally this will take no more than 72 hours)

17. What happened if all the rooms are booked?

We will confirm your room on a first come first serve basis. If your requested room is sold out, NHE Travel will contact you to give you other options.

18. I might like to have other options for accommodation, is that possible?
