Alongside the African Congresses we highlighted last week, preparations are in full swing on the other side of the globe for the South American Congress, being held in Curitiba, Brazil, November 11-14, 2008.
This Congress will be the first of two to be held in Brazil. There is interest in another one held alongside other Brazilian organizations in 2009 or 2010.
